Maybe you just aren’t sure where to start!. The NYBC Boot Camp is the perfect place for all levels… from beginners to advanced fitness levels!

By purchasing an NYBC boot camp challenge ticket, you get training tips and tricks every day, a workout group of fellow BWLF family sisters, brothers and enbies that are likeminded. The challenge group (which occurs in a private, invite-only FB group) monitored by your favorite BWLF Fitness Pro - Tara!

RULES:

  • MUST WORK OUT AT LEAST 30 MINS EVERY DAY (EVEN IF IT’S TWO ROUNDS OF 15 MINS)

  • MUST CHECK IN ON THE DAYS YOU WORK OUT WITH PROOF OF YOUR WORK OUT! (IE TRACKER- FITBIT, APPLE WATCH, ETC. OR EVEN A SWEATY SELFIE!)

  • COMPLETE 20 DAYS OUT OF ONE MONTH OF MOVEMENT AND HAVE CHECKED IN WITH PROOF FOR ALL 20 DAYS (Most challengers do 5 days a week!)

If the 3 challenges option is purchased, you must use all 3 challenges within 4 months of purchase. Ideally, for your best long term health, you would complete the challenges back to back. However, we are aware that “life” happens, and therefore allow (1) challenge to be skipped without losing the remaining challenges on your balance.
